• Profile information — the profile photo you choose. The App accesses your photo library only with your permission, to let you pick a photo.
• Order information — purchased products, delivery address, and contact details.
• App usage data — shopping cart, wishlist, and search history.
• Device information — app version and basic device details (used for troubleshooting and update checks).

• Creating your account and verifying sign-in
• Receiving, processing, and delivering orders
• Processing payments
• Sending order status updates and important notifications
• Improving the App and fixing issues

Payments are processed through the QPay payment system. We do not store your bank card or account details on our servers. Payment transactions are handled by QPay under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only to the extent necessary, in the following cases:

• Payment provider (QPay) — to process payments
• Merchants and delivery services — to fulfill your orders
• Law enforcement — when required by law

Your information is stored on secure servers, and we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below, and we will delete your personal information within a reasonable time after receiving your request.
